Requests
Looking for a book or article? By searching one of the catalogues offered via Impala, you can quickly find what you need. A free request is also always possible. You choose the suppliers you want to survey sequentially and forward the request electronically.
Deliver
- Books will be sent by post.
- Journal articles if possible, are scanned and delivered digitally via Virlib, an application that ensures secure electronic delivery. The alternative is the delivery of photocopies by post.
Invoicing
Impala makes the financial overview simple:
- Delivery costs are automatically deducted via the clearinghouse.
- Each library receives a global invoice or credit note per trimester.
- Every year, you will receive an invoice with the transaction costs for your received requests.
