WanderCollections offers a powerful acquisition management module, an indispensable tool for libraries that want to streamline their processes. From order to receipt — everything happens within WanderCollections. Even communication with suppliers takes place via the integrated email system.

A good example of this collaboration is the link with the University of Antwerp's financial system. Through a EBS web service invoices are automatically imported into WanderCollections. Employees only need to validate and make the right link to orders, subscriptions and budgets.

In addition, WanderCollections offers the possibility to bibliographic data of importing an order from national and international catalogues — or from your own catalog if the publication is already available.
